Lucy und der Angsthase
"Lucy und der Angsthase" is a tender yet brave play about fears, anxiety disorders, and mental health challenges for children. It explores how stress arises in everyday life and how children can learn to cope with it through imagination and community.
The play is ideal for educational work focusing on childhood stress, anxiety, and emotional well-being. Following the performance, teachers and educators can use the presented exercises to help children explore stress management in a playful, interactive way.
